We launch this blog, alongside our Twitter feed as we make significant changes to our Facebook page too.  We want to build a community of happy gym users and we want to play our part in Hanoi.  We want to continue to get people fit but we also want to educate about the importance of fitness. Please keep coming back and add your comments and suggestions as you see fit.  Thank you.

Put down that sandwich and read this. You’re going to like it….

Fat to fit in 9 weeks.  Free gym time.  Free personal trainer.  You could even win $2010. How does that sound? This is how it works: we want to win Word Magazine’s fitness challenge, so we’re on the lookout for a person with a “room-for-improvement” figure that really wants to make a change. You’ll have your glum “before” picture taken and nine weeks later we’ll take a radiant, toned “after” picture. You get to trouser a cool $2010 if your shape change is judged the most radical.  Either way, you get to keep the new body. In between we ask you do at least one and a half concentrated hour’s activity at the gym six days a week. On the final month there will be no day off. Also no booze, no smoking and we’ll advise you on your diet because we also want you committed to weight loss. We’re serious about this but we want it to be fun too.  And we want all our gym members cheering you on.  So, if you’re to be our representative then you must also agree to help us highlight your efforts. You can expect sporadic interviews for this blog and Facebook page.  We’ll
