YOGALATES
The class includes stretching and strengthening the muscles and aims to calm the mind and spirit. In addition to movements and positions, yogalates focuses on the breath, incorporating breathing techniques from both Pilates and yoga. Pilates-style chest breathing is used to increase lung capacity and enhances stamina and endurance. It also helps to activate the abdominal and pelvic muscles, strengthening the core and toning the stomach.

A therapeutic yoga class. Good for all levels especially people with health related illnesses such as stress, high blood pressure, back or neck pain, constipation, asthma and etc.
PRANAYAMA + MEDITATION
This class is based on different kind of breathing. This is good for relaxing the nervous system and massages internal organs like the liver, heart, lungs, abdomen and all the digestive tract.
ASANA + MEDITATION
This class refers to the 3rd stage of yoga that includes twisting, bending, balancing, stretching and tensed positions which are combined with meditation to helpa reducing stress and anxiety.
SUN-SALUTATION
Consist of many yoga postures. A great energetic way to start the day and you will feels less tired during the whole day. Helps to improve flexibility and relieve stiffness in the joints.
MOON SALTUTATION
This class involves both traditional and modern Yoga that consist of different yoga postures. It improves balancing and reduces stress.
SADHNA YOGA
This class is base on gentle stretching, Pranayama and Meditation for relaxing the body and mind.

A traditional system of Yoga, which is base of different type of balance. This is good for increase the strength in muscles and good for increase the concentration power.

SHIVANANDA
A meditative form of yoga consisting of a set structure of classic postures (asana) along with breathing exercises (pranayama) and relaxation. Shivananda yoga is based on five principles; proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet and positive thinking. It will improve flexibility,balance and reduce stress.
